What is the copper water ritual?
It's called Tamra Jal — an Ayurvedic practice where water is stored in a copper vessel overnight and drunk first thing in the morning. You fill the bottle before bed and drink it when you wake.
How big is the bottle?
It holds 950 ml, roughly 1 litre — about a day's worth of sipping for most people.
What can I put in it?
Plain still water only. Avoid acidic, fizzy or dairy drinks. Hand wash and dry it well after cleaning.
Why is my bottle changing colour?
Copper naturally darkens and develops a patina as it reacts with air and moisture. That's normal — many people love how it ages. Want it shiny again? A lemon-and-salt rub brings the shine back.
